01Privacy & ownership commitment
You own all renders and creative outputs made with the program.
ArkoAI does not store, own or use AI-generated images on its servers. Final outputs are kept only on your device.
ArkoAI does not analyze, change or share images without your explicit consent.
02Information collection and use
Personal information may include details like your name, email and country.
Log data from your browser may include IP address, browser version, pages visited and visit timestamps.
Cookies serve as anonymous identifiers. You can refuse them, but some features may stop working.
03Subscriptions and billing
Payments are processed automatically to keep Pro features active. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly.
To cancel or change a subscription, contact support.
04Service providers
Third parties such as payment processors and analytics services may access personal information only to perform tasks for ArkoAI, and must not use or disclose it for other purposes.
05Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
06Children's privacy
The services are not directed at anyone under 13. Data collected from children under 13 is deleted when discovered.
07Changes to this policy
The policy may be updated. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
